5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to:

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Incorrect products

  • Missing items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be requested.

Where verified, we may:

  • Replace the product

  • Exchange the product

  • Refund the purchase price

in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection requirements. (UAE Legislation)

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because many packaging products are bulk commercial goods, change-of-mind returns are generally accepted only when:

  • Products remain unused

  • Products remain unopened

  • Products are in original condition

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days

Return shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom printed packaging

  • Custom manufactured products

  • Personalized products

  • Clearance items

  • Products damaged by misuse

11. CUSTOM PACKAGING ORDERS

For custom packaging orders:

Customer approval of:

  • Artwork

  • Dimensions

  • Material specifications

  • Printing layout

constitutes final authorization for production.

JGUS Pack shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

Production timelines are estimates only.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

12. PRODUCT SUITABILITY DISCLAIMER

Packaging recommendations are provided for convenience only.

Customers remain responsible for verifying:

  • Weight requirements

  • Shipping requirements

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Product compatibility

JGUS Pack does not guarantee that a specific box, mailer, or packaging material will be suitable for every application.

13. WARRANTIES

Where applicable, products are supplied with warranties required by UAE law and manufacturer warranties.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable UAE Consumer Protection legislation. (UAE Legislation)

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

JGUS Pack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of data

  • Delayed deliveries caused by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

  • Designs
