Return & Refund Policy

At JGUS Pack, we aim to supply quality packaging products for businesses across the UAE. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom printed or custom-made packaging.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed packs.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or storage conditions.
  • Bulk orders where products were supplied as requested.
  • Clearance or special offer items, unless defective.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and delivery label.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for wrong, damaged, or defective items, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as wrong or damaged item delivery, JGUS Pack will arrange the return or replacement process. For other approved returns, return delivery charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
